Have the courage to walk alone...

HAVE THE COURAGE TO WALK ALONE

Sometimes, young people should learn to walk alone. Then you will be more centered and you will know how to be by yourself and not be bogged down by peer pressure. Take a long five kilometer walk all by yourself, or run by yourself. That will solidify your personality.

If you are surrounded by friends all the time, you will feel you cannot exist without friends. But if you are trained to take longs walks and runs, then you know that you can walk by yourself.

Even if nobody comes, you walk by yourself, be a leader. If you get bogged down by peer pressure you can only be a follower, not a leader.
Why do you want company of your friends? It is because you want attention from them, and attention gives energy. And if you are not a leader, nobody is going to pay you attention especially in schools and colleges. So to overcome peer pressure what do you do? Stand up and walk alone

Be awake... with one moment.. OM OM OM..

in worldly pleasures
you were defeated and the moment won...
if you pass one moment with be awake
you will win and the moment will defeat
all the pleasures
all the sorrows
are in the camera of the eye
you hair too became white with time
the moment of your life was decreased
you keep on weeping
in your delusions
you keep on sleeping
be awake with one moment

Black clouds are hovering in the deep blue sky
thunder and lightening
showers of bliss
OM OM OM
on top of mountains
became great Ganges of streams
broke the top of mountains
swept all nectars with it
awaking the people
awake from deep slumber
you are sleeping here for ages
awake o! awake
it will fill all of us with bliss

Listen to the Silence....

ENLIGHTENING STORIES :-36 (silence ).
Enthralled at hearing the Master chant Sanskrit verses in a melodious voice, a Sanskrit scholar said,
" I have always known that there is no language on earth like Sanskrit for the expression of things divine. "
"Dont be an ass," said the Master....
"The language of the divine isn't Sanskrit. It is Silence. "

" Every word, every image used for God is a distortion more than a description. "
"Then how does one speak of God?
"Through silence. "
"Why then do you speak in words ? "
At that, the Master laughed uproariously.
He said, "When I speak, you mustn't
listen to the words, dear one.
Listen to the silence.
